Description

Just in is this beautiful 1977 Gibson “The Ripper” bass. This bass is in great shape with minor play wear. There are a few small light scratches by the front strap button and a wear mark on the back of the body from use(pictured). There is also some light buckle rash.

The pickguard had a thumb rest on it and it has been removed but is included with the bass

The pickups and electronics are all original and work and sound great. The original bridge has been upgraded to a hipshot bridge. The hipshot bridge requires no modifications, and the original can be put back on.

All original parts and hardware are included.

The Bass was recently setup and plays great. The neck is very straight, and the fingerboard and frets are also in great shape.

This Ripper is a treat to play and will make its next owner very happy.
