Description
Up for grabs is this great and highly Modified 1972 GIbson Les Paul Deluxe.
The body is in good shape with some small chips and dings as expected from a guitar that is 53 years old. There is some light buckle rash on the back of the body also as well as some lacquer burn on the back of the neck from being on a stand(pictured). There are also some light chips in the clear on the back of the neck by the first and second fret positions most likely from a capo
The pickups and electronics were removed and replaced with a Super-Tom Pickup system made by Tom Doyle.
You can get a ton of sound and tone from his set up (see pictures).
The Factory bridge was replaced with a Kahler tremolo.
The tuners were also changed out to a set of Schaller tuners.
The neck is a comfortable profile that starts out thin and grows thicker.
The frets are in very good shape and every note rings loud and clear.
The strap buttons have also been changed to straplocks and a strap is included with the guitar.
This is a rocking guitar, and it will make its next owner very happy
Will be shipped in the case pictured
